Membership Details

Annual membership spans a calendar year, from 1 January to 31 December. Membership is R500 per year, with an early bird rate of R450 if paid by the end of March.

Membership of ZA-AIMH affords you the opportunity to attend our monthly meetings, vote on matters affecting ZA-AIMH at the AGM and attend WAIMH Affiliate Council meetings.

How Members Connect

ZAAIMH holds a monthly online Zoom meeting at 7pm on the 3rd Thursday of each month between February and November each year, excluding July. These meetings are free for members and carry a cost of R100 for non-members. The meetings feature local and international guest speakers who share their research and practice within the infant mental health fields. Provided the speaker has given consent, we record the meetings for members who are unable to make the session and these are available to you as a member upon request. If there is a particular topic you would like covered in one of the monthly meetings please contact the committee on zainfantmh@gmail.com. Upcoming speakers are announced through our monthly newsletter.

Join The Committee

Joining the committee is a great way to get to know others working in the field of infant mental health. The committee welcomes new members and holds its AGM annually in November.
